Links and Loves - Timelines, Future Travel, MathScienceMusic.org, Mnemonic, Quizizz Updates

Greetings everyone! Here are a few links and loves from my week.

Tiki Toki looks like a rich and wonderful timeline maker! It would make this look much more appealing!

Would you fly in the Volocopter? Someday soon, you just might! You will be able to order this autonomous taxi service with an app on your phone!

Three of my favorite subjects just came together in the most creative way!  MathScienceMusic.org is a free toolkit for teachers, bringing together the best resources in math, science and music.  Designed for students, kindergarten through college.
A friend of mine shared this site with me, 21 Clever Mnemonic Devices That Will Help You Remember Almost Everything  There are many I haven't heard of before. Our students use mnemonic devices and lyrics to remember important information.

If you are using Quizizz, there are some nice new features available. These features were voted on by teachers in the wish list! (And if you aren't using Quizizz, drop whatever you're doing and start now!) Quizizz is like Kahoot, but even better in some ways!

New features:
1. Read aloud - you can choose a setting to allow the quiz to be read aloud to students.
2. Review mode - in the reports tab there is now the ability to review the questions in a flashcard format.
3. New settings - option to limit retakes, hide answer feedback and allow answer review after an assessment.

Thank you for reading and I hope your weekend is spent dreaming about this or this!
