Hello friends and colleagues. Can you believe the month of September is over? On one hand it has flown by so quickly and then on the other hand, it feels as though a lot has gotten done in just 30 days! Ready or not, here comes October. It's time to choose a new background for the laptop and phone. I suppose it's also time to decorate our home for fall and Halloween. My husband, Tim, LOVES to decorate outside and some might say he goes a little overboard. I'll have to share pictures next week and let you be the judge. Here is this week's Links and Loves. Enjoy and happy fall! Click here to view in full screen

During the webinar, we explored a range of activities, including some that use your voice, actions, or drawings in games and storytelling. I also showed how teachers and students can learn about concepts such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and augmented reality in simple, creative ways. Use the activities in this slideshow to engage students and enhance learning with a variety of activities and experiments that can be used across curriculum. ENJOY!

Augmented Reality digitally layers information on top of images, videos, or even buildings and products. Common Craft has a useful video for understanding augmented reality. I have already used augmented reality when I used QR codes with our students.  QR codes add additional information to a document. Click here to read my post about QR codes. This coming school year, I would like to incorporate more augmented reality into my lessons.  Here are two apps fo...
